Soil is an important phase. Many people can operate a backhoe, but it takes an experienced excavator to form, set and dig your pool accurately.

Rough Plumbing - After the hole is dug and formed, the plumbing can be done. Plumbing is pressure tested and ready for a city inspection.

Steel - This is the strength of your pool. Two pools are not alike. The amount of steel needed to build a pool is calculated on an individual basis. There a lot of variables that determine the amount and schedule required.

Rough Electrical - The electricians now work on their phase of construction. After steel and electrical, the pool is then ready for another inspection from the city.

Gunite - The soil is ready to "be shot" Strengths and mixes are predetermined based on another set of variables, soil, size, etc. Gunite is the "shell" of the pool and is usually guaranteed for life.

Pool finishes such as Pebble, plaster, or tile are finishes for a pool. Pebble is applied to the pool and the array of colors gives it a beautiful look. Pebbles and cement are combined then applied to the surface of the pool for a durable long lasting finish.
